Paul Kangas and Kate Kiernan

Paul Kangas is Vice President, Financial Services for the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI). At ACLI, Paul is primarily responsible for federal legislative and regulatory activity related to financial services reform, data privacy and consumer protections. Kate Kiernan was Vice President & Deputy, Policy Development. Her role was to ensure that legislative and regulatory developments related to the confidentiality and security of data and personal information are responsive to member company information needs.
