Douglas Massey

Douglas Massey, LUTCF, CLU, ChFC, CRES, FSS, is a registered representative with OFG Financial Services, Inc. in San Angelo, Texas. In his 33 years as a NAIFA member, Massey has served in numerous leadership roles, including serving as president of NAIFA-TX from 2012-2013 and serving on the NAIFA-TX board of directors from 2008-2014.

Taylor Walker

Taylor Walker was Senior Legislative Director, State Relations, at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI). Taylor was responsible for legislative and regulatory advocacy in Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, and Wisconsin and led her team on reinsurance, market conduct, and innovation/technology matters. She also served as ACLI’s advocate at the National Conference of State Legislatures.

William Harrison

William Harrison serves as a Policy Analyst with the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI). In this capacity, William supports the ACLI Life Insurance Committee, the ACLI Global Risk Management & Regulation Committee, and several working groups on matters relating to policy development and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining ACLI, William worked at the Government Accountability Office and research centers affiliated with Rutgers University.

Josh O’Gara, President of NAIFA-MA, is from Woburn, Massachusetts.

Andrew Remo

Andrew Remo serves as Vice President, Retirement Security for the American Council of Life Insurers. In this capacity, he plays a leading role in advocating for policies that help people access the tools they need to save and ensure those savings last a lifetime. Previously, Andrew worked on these issues for the American Retirement Association and on Capitol Hill.

Mike Hutchinson

Mike Hutchinson is the president of NAIFA-NE. He owns his own financial advising firm, Hutchinson and Associates, in Grand Island, Nebraska, and serves on numerous state and local boards and campaigns.

Jill Rickard

Jill Rickard is Regional Vice President, State Relations, at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI). She is responsible for state legislative and regulatory affairs in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. She also leads ACLI’s advocacy team on matters related to paid family & medical leave, indexed universal life insurance, and impact investing. She joined ACLI in 2021.
