What I Learned from Jill Judd, Insurance Agent Empowering Women

Oct 22, 2019

Our industry’s agents are there for American families when they need it most. They provide the reassurance to families that things are going to be okay financially in times of loss of a loved one. They help workers seeking comfort and security in retirement. They guide businesses so they can take care of their employees.

They also have an ear towards the real challenges facing American families today.

I was honored to sit down with Jill Judd, a State Farm agent and current President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Jill does remarkable work with families, and in particular women.

In our conversation, Jill talked about building the financial confidence of women, adding financial conversations to book clubs and school programs, and why women, in particular, need financial security.

“Financial security is freedom, and I can’t think of anyone who needs freedom more than women who work hard, who struggle, or who find success,” Jill said.

It’s a great conversation. Take a listen.
