Andrew Melnyk

Andrew Melnyk is Vice President, Research and Chief Economist at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI). He holds a doctorate in economics and is a Certified Business Economist. His functions at ACLI include authoring white papers; managing the production of statistical publications; and managing ACLI’s Research Department. Prior to joining ACLI in 2005, he held positions in academia, government, and the private sector, both in the U.S. and abroad.

Dianne Sullivan

Dianne Sullivan was Vice President, Federal Relations at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI). Dianne was responsible for political analysis and advocacy regarding tax and international trade issues coming before the U.S. Congress. She advocated for the industry for over 18 years.

Paul Graham

Paul Graham was Senior Vice President, Policy Development at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI). Graham was responsible for many legislative and regulatory issues, including all matters accounting and actuarial related. He also was responsible for policy issues relating to annuities, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance.

Kristin Abbott

Kristin Abbott was Counsel at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI). Her responsibilities included, among other things, co-staffing the privacy and global risk management committees.
